Such a tiring process !!!
1. First is resume short listing and the Hr called me and had a very basic phonetic round for round 2-3 mins asking about my work experience, salary expectations and then scheduled an interview
2. Round -1 Technical Interview
Had a technical interview for 1 hour which had some basic questions regarding power Bi and excel and more about my current company and project. I cleared this round and the next round was scheduled in 2-3 days
3. Round -2 Tool test
This round is conducted in personal in their office. They gave some scenarios based question and we have to work on it , honestly it was easy question only but I was so nervous that I messed up this round a bit, the first question was power Bi and the next one was in excel and honestly I'm very basic with excel and I wasn't able to solve the problem
3. Round 3 - Introducing to there stake holder and head of operations
This is where things became so tiring for me I have to repeat the same things again in this time and if they feel that the tool test wasn't good they could have rejected me but they had this round on the same day itself , my entire energy has gone down. Literally they had this whole interview from power Bi tool test to this for 4 hrs and trust me it's so energy consuming and also so draining
This post was for a very entry level job for someone with 2 years of experience honestly I don't know what's the need to them to have a hierarchy level of interview even before giving up the result of tool test and honestly the Head of operations Mr. Munisankara was kind of rude and I immediately decided not to join even if they are gonna get me to next level.
Please make sure you can take up a interview process virtually and bit simple with freshers or entry level professional, the hierarchy level of interview for a very much entry level job looks too time consuming and also energy consuming.
Made me so so tired, though the rest of the interview panel , the HR were really professional and gave a smooth interview experience. I couldn't able to come out of the hierarchical level interviews with the Europe people and the Head of operations.
