I applied online and they reached back for an extensive (45min-1hr) interview via Teams. It's a small team so it was straight to the technical stuff, nothing HR related. Lots of questions into optimization theory, which I suppose should be expected, given the role. Questions also about how optimization applies to the power industry (UC vs dispatch, etc)
