It was very straight forward. Phone interview followed by 2 in-person interviews.
However, all recruiters just ghosted. I wrote at least 5 emails asking to let me know their decision - however no reply. They lack the professional attitude in replying to candidates.
Not that i do not know the decision, however I just want them to be confident and let candidate know the decision especially, when one goes through the process of interviewing with IT Director.

Interview to check technical competencies and overall approach to problem solving. Took about 1.5 hours. But overall a very friendly approach. Fats response on interview completion. Got a response in less than an hour with job offer.

It was a two interview process, one face to face and one via a video conference.
The face to face was with the hiring Manager and the video conference with HR and Senior Manager
