I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Hirsch Associates (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Reviewing with Howard Hirsch only requires you to be yourself. The fit is based on your personality. You need to be prejudice free and able to deal with varied personalities without letting it effect your attitude toward your own position. Take nothing personally and always be open to help and engage with others with solutions to the problems. The blame games does not work here. You must be able to walk into this job with the receptionist, secretarial and administrative skills to work independently. You must know how to prioritize and be willing to beyond the basic job requirements. Keep Howard's office in order and function properly, he can then grow his business better and further.

Question 1
How to deal with interoffice politics. The best way to do this is to always remember you makes the final decisions. Howard, of course. Never be afraid to clear things with him first. Not asking a question is the dumb thing. All questions are important. Do not shy away from doing some grunt work, he will appreciate you for doing so.
