The interview process was very smooth and straightforward. A recruiter initially reached out to me on LinkedIn, followed by a brief phone screening that clearly explained the role and expectations.
The interview with the hiring manager was friendly and conversational, focused on situational questions, a team overview, and how the role fits within the organization.
During the onsite interview, the recruiter gave me a tour of the floor, which helped me get a sense of the workplace and team environment. I then met with three different managers, each asking different types of questions ranging from emotional intelligence and communication to operational and workplace scenarios. Overall, the experience was pleasant, well organized, and welcoming.
