one phone call followed by two video interviews with an human resources manager then director, really nice people eager to help you learn and understand, more conversationally led than question/answer style

Had a phone interview with the recruiter and ended up scheduling for a video interview with the hiring manager. Process went okay and interview seem fine, was told that I would hear back from them within 5 business day even if I was not selected to move forward. A week went by and there was no communication. I emailed the recruiter twice and I never heard from them. It was very dissapointing to not hear from them after being told what a great company they are.
