Il y a un premier entretien téléphonique par un membre de RH. Ensuite il y a un entretien Skype avec le RH manager. Finalement, il y a un entretien Skype avec le manager (par exemple manager marketing). Les personnes sont souvent 2 durant l'entretien.

The screening process includes submitting a resume (in English), followed by one interview round with the HR representative and the marketing team leader. They'll interview you at the same time in both English and Japanese.

There are 2 stages, usually you meet first with HR and then with the business unit head that you will be a part of.Mostly behavioral at first and then the final round interview is more on experiences with marketing and data.
