I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hilti Group (Raurkela) in Sept 2016
Interview
1st Round: There was a GD for everyone. I had the topic, "Indian Women Saved the face of India in Rio Olympics". I was told to go against the topic.
2nd Round: The second round was a written round of normal aptitude questions and a psychometry test.

The Questions Were Mostly based on what I had written in my CV.
Also, I was asked where I see myself in the future.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hilti Group (Cochin)
Interview
It was a telephonic interview first followed by a video conference by the sales Manager of a particular Area(in my case it was cochin, India). After that HR called me from Bangalore office.
