Cold and fast. I arrived early and they sat me down immediately. It was a panel and each person fired a question as soon as they could with the addition of a person shouting out the time that one had to respond or had left. There were about 25-30 questions and one can only try their best. It was disorganized as they did not know which position I was applying for- this was 2 years ago and I was applying for their New Grad RN residency program. I and other applicants left rather unsettled.
