Seattle based company looking for a GL Accountant. Remote work, sounds great! Took an excel test, an accounting test, signed a NDA, and did 2 interviews - one where the hiring manager said she doesnt have the information to give a salary range and I needed to talk to thier HR recruiter....red flag and total BS that the Dept head doesnt know the budget but ok let's work through the process as I know some larger organisation let the HR team manage salaries and negotiations.. Emailed the recruited who instead of responding, set me up for 4 more interviews, back to back in one day. I am talking 7 1/2 hours with 4 separate people. I push back and ask for the salary for this role and benefits 1 pager.. I mean I signed an NDA lady, just give me the info and she replied that she would call me 15 minutes before tomorrow's interviews were supposed to start to "talk". I waited until 630 pm tonight and declined the meetings. No thanks Highspot. Get off of your Highhorse.
