I was called and we talked a little bit. Then we set up a time to come in for an interview. Then there was a second interview with the owner of the company. They were all very nice people and the interview was not too hard.

Interview
Personable interview, joking, very friendly. Lots of discussion about career type job. Promotions discussed, as well as profit sharing and benefits. The interview made me feel like I had found the place I actually was going to work for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, the management here didn't like me trying to play by the rules, and correct those who didn't (we are talking potential violations here people)
