I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Highmark Health (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview was informal and they asked limited questions about the job. It was actually a panel interview which took me by surprise. Everyone was nice. First I applied, spoke with HR (which took close to three weeks to get an interview). I had actually thought they had forgotten about me.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Highmark Health in Oct 2015
Interview
First interview (phone) was rather cold & robotic. Clearly the interviewer was not technical and was following a script. Although he explained the follow up procedure (on site interview) it was clear the decision was not his to make!
Are you available for travel? (When I asked how much travel was anticipated the interviewer could not advise and said that it was just a general question.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Highmark Health (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sept 2014
Interview
I was interviewed by four hiring managers, one at a time, over the course of a morning. Each hiring manager was responsible for a different area of questioning. Questions for each interviewer were pre-written and given to the interviewers by HR so I had some concern that I was not able to make the points I wanted to make for all four. But I was called with an offer the next day.
