Interview
Over the phone to then enter an in person training session in a group environment where they get to know you better and teach you the fundamentals of what you need to know before you start your first shift.
It's a training day which lasts about 6 hours and is based in Clapham. Very tedious and boring, health and safety stuff and how to lay a table, but you're pretty much guaranteed the job.
