Initial discussion with their in house recruiter over the telephone after I contacted them through linked in. A face to face meeting with the hiring manager was scheduled for later that week. A follow up second interview then we got down to talking final terms. It was very polite and structured in the questions they asked.. a great first introduction to the company.
