I had high hopes for Hi Impact Consultants Pvt. Ltd., but my experience with their interview process was disappointing and unprofessional.
I attended an in-person interview where, after completing the first round, I was asked to wait for the next round of discussions. However, I was later abruptly told to leave and informed that the HR team would communicate with me virtually regarding the second round and salary negotiations. Despite this assurance, I received no updates. When I followed up with the recruiter, my inquiries were either ignored or met with vague responses, which I found both frustrating and unprofessional.
The organization failed to communicate timely feedback, leaving candidates in limbo. Ghosting a candidate after an interview demonstrates a lack of respect for their time and effort.
A company’s recruitment process reflects its work culture, and this experience has left a negative impression on me. Transparency, clear communication, and respect for candidates’ time should be non-negotiable in any professional hiring process.
I hope the organization takes this feedback seriously and improves its candidate experience in the future.
