Step 1: Online Test at Hexaware
Step 2: Technical Interview (Face to Face) on the same day as Step 1.
Step 3: Several days later (may be more than 1 month) received a call from HR confirming selection for 2nd round.
Step 4: 2nd Round is Telephonic and mostly managerial.
Step 5: Asked to fill up employment form.
Step 6: Salary negotiation and HR conversation.
Step 7: Final Offer letter.

Interview
First I got a call from HR asking basic details & he asked me if I am holding any offer, for that I said yes I have one offer of MNC then he said if you hold MNC offer we have a policy that you will have technical round(generally it's written test then TR) so two rounds were there
Interview is total waste of time. The interviewer just throws away the question and doesn't interact with the interviewee. He records the session and don't know who evaluates it. It is a video call interview but he doesn't on the video chat.
