Three rounds of interviews. First round a written test; Second round an interview with hiring manager and HR; Third round an interview with a documentation manager and head of user experience in the US. Questions were about past work experience and knowledge about Scrum/Agile software development process. Interviewers were polite. There was not too much pressure on the interviewee. Could answer questions at a fairly relaxed environment.
