At the first stage, I spoke with the recruiter. I was told that if they liked my portfolio, they would schedule an interview with the head of marketing. I received an answer within a month. Passed the first interview. After that there was an interview with art directors, where I talked about my projects. I was denied without explanation. I asked why my candidacy did not fit, but I did not receive an answer.
