I interviewed in May 2022. It was a job referral. The Hiring Manager contacted me via email and the interview was conducted remotely. It went well but I think it was the wrong fit for me. We spoke about the role and I asked if contract roles were convertible to perm positions. I was told contract roles have to wait for years for their turn (availability) to receive permanent offers. The hiring manager preferred someone with Power BI or Python skillsets which was why I was interviewed although the present team hasn't caught up on those skills yet. We discussed expected salary and he said he would need to check with his boss.
