Easy,no tricky questions,3 interviews ,the last one with the on site manager,she is really nice,they wanna make sure you like to work based on commision and that you are a hard seller.takes about 3 weeks until you get hired since they have to do the background check and being understaffed takes a while even though they really need people

I applied online for the position. It took them couple of weeks to call me and set the phone interview. On the phone, I was interviewed by Hertz recruitment agent. He asked me a couple of questions regarding the role itself, just to see how the candidate thinks and how the candidate would react in certain situations. Once passed the telephone interview, the next step was 1 to 1 with the Team Leader.

Interview
I attended a hiring event that had about 30 people show up to it. I was about 7th to go into my interview for this position. Dressing professionally really made me stand out because there were some people who showed up and didn't quite look the part. There were 2 people interviewing me and they were very nice and welcoming. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I got a job offer within a week of the interview.
