I am involved in this process on a weekly basis. We have a several interview process where we have usually the Branch Manager do the first interview and then an Area Manager or General Manager do the second interview. We want to ensure success for Hertz and for the new hire by making sure that this job is a good fit!

People want to know why we don't pay $14 or $15 dollars an hour besides commission on sales.

Phone interview, 2 week back round check, drug screen. It takes a while to get hired. They dont have enough people in HR. Be patient Hertz does not tell you about working outside in the heat during the interview
