Was more of an open house and was conducted with 30 or more applicants. I got the position after this one quick 5-10 minute interview but declined because they were only paying slightly above minimum wage when that was not advertised

Very laid back, the interviewer was a cool guy. He didn't put too much pressure on me and he actually build an cool relationship with me which allowed me to be comfortable.
