Interview
The phone interview was fine but they took over a month to get back to me to schedule the interview. Then follows the first interview with the Area manager. This took about 45 minutes in which he asked numerous psychological questions and also had me try to sell him on something in the room. Then after that I had a second interview with the Northeast VP and he asked a lot of similar questions as the first interview.
It was pretty simple. The first interview was a phone interview with a lower level HR person basically just to go over salary and stuff to make sure you're okay with what they're offering, then in-person interview with the area manager, then HR again. Then a drug test.

Interview
Very long interview process. Multiple interviews. Very professional and done in a specific order. Followed definite interview playbook. Had to wait a long time for a manager to acknowledge I was there.
