Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Choose a **document processing workflow** you’ve either directly worked with or observed in a previous role. Briefly describe your role in that context or how you saw the process play out.
1. **Describe the workflow** so that a layperson can understand clearly what the workflow is and the pain or cost associated with it.
2. Create a **short pitch or internal demo of an automation solution** for your chosen workflow. The audience for this pitch should be an internal product or engineering team - you’re trying to get their buy-in to build your proposed solution.
The process has 4 steps: intro call to check experience/culture fit, a time-boxed take-home case (3 hours, you get it and turn it back around within the block), a review of the case with the product team, and then a final onsite loop with the broader team and founders.
Overall very fast process and everyone I spoke with was really smart and nice.
