Hernando County, Florida interview questions

After applying it took about a month to hear from this company.I received a phone call for an interview for the following week. I was asked about 10 questions based on job skills and past experience, why I want to work here, what are my strengths and weaknesses and what made me happy or upset about my last job. One week later I was offered the job via phone. I had to go into the Human Resourses department for a hire packet where I had to go for drug testing. I was given a start date 2 weeks later. Piece of cake!
