Interview
This was not too complex. I applied with my CV and was invited to interview about a week later. There was a 1 hour interview with a paralegal manager and the managing associate.

Interview
The interview process included submitting a written explanation as to my reasons for interest in the role (essentially a commercially-aware cover letter, in which I included elements of the company and the role that were publicly available to me). This was followed by an in-person interview where I met with one of my to-be bosses and the Paralegal Manager. The interview lasted about an hour and I heard back the following day.
