There are an average 4 interviews- staring with recruiter. The next interview is usually with hiring manager. Then there are more technical interviews with team lead and team members. Technical interviews include conversation and coding questions. There will be a coding exam afterward.

Interview
There was no opening. I spoke to the senior management in a gathering and sent them my resume. They reached out for interview directly with hiring manager and his team. Did two rounds of interview after which I was ghosted without any communication. Even in the meeting the hiring manager said, there is not much employee retention within the team as people tend to come, stay for a while and leave.
