Was called by a staff member and scheduled for an interview the next day. Interview took place at the hospital with two staff members. Standard interview questions - tell us about yourself and past experience, why are you interested in the job, etc. There were a few STAR-type questions as well (e.g., "Tell me about a time you had a conflict at work and how did you resolve it" - that wasn't the exact question but there were similar questions.)
