there were 3 rounds of interview, all online. First with HR, then with people manager sitting in Bratislava and final one with country controller sitting abroad. The atmosphere was overall very friendly and inviting. They asked relevant questions.

Interview
Only two levels conducted during the interview, one with HR and the other with the manager. The HR was very accommodating, it went really smooth / no issues. The manager asked about experiences and explain what the job entails.

Interview
Ich hatte zwei Gespräche (HR und Fachbereich) mit Henkel und beide Gespräche waren sehr angenehm und persönlich. Auf eine Rückmeldung musste man auch nicht lange warten. Zudem habe ich nach dem Ausscheiden auf Nachfrage ein Feedbackgespräch erhalten. Nur empfehlenswert!
