The interview process was unique because the first interview was a bit casual which happened in a cafe nearby. I believe it's more of behavioral interview so they can see if you're fit in the culture. Then, formal interview with the manager for more professional/skills assessment.

Interview
I applied online thru their website. Three days after, they send me an email that I passed the initial screening for the post and give me a link for an online assessment, they ask about my availability for a phone interview and how much is my expected salary. I passed the initial assessment but didn't attend the operations interview.
