Detailed interviews, but manageable. There are about 3-4 rounds of interviews. Starts with a recruiter, then builds. Felt standard to what most companies are doing for the interview process. Early interviews you learn about company structure and why they are unique. From there, it builds into fit and experience.

Some behavioral questions: "tell me a time..." and mostly experiential-related questions. Very focused on mediation, arbitration, deposition, and litigation experience.
