I went with 3 interviews. first round was with the HR, and then talked with the team manager, and the final round was with the head of the NGO. It was pretty quick and I got feedbacks within a week.

it was the initial interview with the HR, and she asked if I had previous experience working with other NGOs and tell her about that experience, and if I had any experience with donor acquisition campaigns.

It was an average interview. There were two interviewers and they asked relevant questions about previous job experience and review qualifications. I got an offer after the interview, and I was hired within a week.
