Interview
The interview process consisted of a three day class about what the duties of a care giver. It also included the company running a background check. No special dress was required and I was my mother's preferred worker. It's actually pretty easy to go in for someone you know as long as they are a senior and registered with the department on Aging.

It was an online video chat interview. Very quick and sufficient. Also the firs interviewed was screwed up so they rescheduled in a timely manner because it wasn’t my fault.

The interview was very good and positive, not overly complicated and felt like I was talking to family. They made me comfortable and I felt welcomed there. It was just a basic review of my experience in the past with similar jobs.

Very comfortable, I was at ease with the interview. I was asked several questions, as far as my background, Will I feel comfortable with taking a drug test, and what shift will I prefer.
