Recruiter reached out to me via Facebook, we had initial interview, scheduled me for a second interview with LCSW manager next day. Recruiter canceled interview 2 hours before and said position was filled.

Had two interviews, was offered the position after the second interview. The manager stated I should receive the contract within 3 days. I email 4 days later, was told by the end of the week. Email the following week and get a response, oh I called you last week (never did) and followed up with an email (never did) stating we filled the position!!! How can you fill a position that was already offered to another person?
