HelloGbye interview questions

I set up a phone interview through their calendar booking system only to have them cancel a couple of days prior saying they are moving forward with other candidates. Didn't even get a chance to have a phone interview. If they were going to short list candidates so quickly they should revise their calendar system or wait till all first rounds of interviews are completed before moving on. I can already tell there are poor management and organization without speaking to anyone based on this experience.
