Phone interview. Straight forward questions about job availability and desired start. The interview only lasted about 5-10 minutes and then I received an email with an offer for the position a few days later.

This was a difficult process for areanging appointment and being at location. Agreed time was not what was discussed and was rushed. The people were all very nice and well dressed
