Lengthy and asked for a case study to be completed, several rounds with multiple HR professionals. Recruiter kept the process moving along and pressured me to complete a case study over the weekend. Sent out a rejection email after 3rd interview and then called back an hour later to say that that was a " mistake". Very unprofessional and used the case study to gather free strategy. I asked for feedback after 5 days of complete silence on the case study and only received an email back about not being a good match. I urge any HR professionals not to waste time in completing their assignments for free.

Process took 3 weeks. Multiples rounds and then ghosted completely by HelloFresh. First interview was screening with recruiter. Second interview was with hiring manager. Next round was with peers. Final round was with head of HR. Didn’t get a decline email or any other communication.
