The communication of the interview process is vague and not transparent. Scheduling was awkward and the context of calls was not specified. After an initial call, they give you a take home case study. They told me to submit it but didn't tell me I was going to present it in the next call. After the presentation they told me that they will provide me with detailed feedback. I devoted my 4 full days to the case study, but they sent me a generic rejection reply without any feedback. The interviewer was stuck up and created an uncomfortable environment. Overall, I was not happy with the process.

The interview process was really long and exhausting. There’s four round and took nearly 2 months to end to the final round. And there’s an in person interview at the end at the Derby site.
