I got the invitation to the HR screen call after the invitation. It was a short call and some general questions been asked. The HR person said this looks like really a good fit during the interview. But after a few days I got the ordinary rejection email from him without any explanation. And I asked him if he could provide any constructive reason about this, after which I got no reply.

Initial call w recruiter followed with the hometask. Ghosted me after i submitted the hometask to them , not answering on my followup emails. Comlepely unacceptable behaviour . I do not recommend to apply here again

Interview
The whole process took a little more than 2 weeks. It included 3 interviews (recruiter, senior manager, team members), a case study and a presentation. The whole process was super smooth and transparent, overall atmosphere was very engaging and collaborative. Additionally, clear feedback was provided on every interview step.

I had one HR round which was pretty standard. I got a response saying the expectation for the role was different from my profile after the first round. The questions were very generic
