With a background in Employer Branding I know how difficult it is to create a unique and great candidate experience. At HelloFresh my interview experience was just great. From the beginning it has been a quick, transparent and clear process that was driven by a most empathetic and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager showing high pro-activity and inclusiveness. I heard back two days after entering my online application then had a first phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager followed by an interview with the direct lead, the Head of Brand and Communication DACH, and the Social Media Manager of the team, who were focusing on professional experience, creative and marketing skill-set, leadership and team fit. Afterwards I had single interviews with the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Growth and the International Content Strategy Lead focusing on executive, behavioral and cultural fit. After a reference check with my former boss I received an offer and am happy to start soon.
