The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh
Interview
Call with a recruiter
Call with an analyst
Call with the operations manager
Skype with HR
Call from the Director of Sales
All took about 2 weeks, it was a little odd not meeting anyone in person, but with technology it was a simple process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly just about my background and how I handle certain situations
It was obvious the recruiter was new, but it was extremely awkward. There were many times they said "um" and they were so jumbled in their questions, I didn't know how to answer them. I had to ask the question back to them a few times to make sure I understood. After I spoke, there was an oddly long pause followed by a robotic "thank you, this is helpful." It was so uncomfortable that after reading reviews of the company, I do not wish to move forward if I'm even called after such a bad call. I have been interviewing for jobs for the past few weeks, so I was prepared. I found myself wanting the call to end after the first two questions.

Question 1
Why HelloFresh? What would your colleagues say about you? Do you have face-to-face marketing experience? The others were hard to decipher and I had to say an answer hoping it was a correct response.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at HelloFresh (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Went through a 15 minute phone screen to evaluate my resume. Based on my background and experience we immediately set up the second phone screen. I spoke with the Denver manager on the phone for 30 minutes to go over the position more in detail to see if I would be a better fit. Now I am waiting to speak with the regional managers further about the position. Overall it was a quick and easy experience and everyone was friendly and thorough.
