30 minute phone call, Excel test, and 1.5 hour interview. The phone interview went well, but when I went to the face-to-face interview I knew this wasn't the place for me. The office felt very unwelcoming; when I walked in 30 heads turned to look at me but no one greeted me. Then I had to wait 10+ minutes for my interviewer (I was on time). Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the other person who was interviewing me. I knew right away I didn't want to continue but I didn't want to just walk out of the interview, though I wish I had. I would have had to take a paycut to work here, which I was willing to do if the job was a good fit, but I didn't feel it was so I withdrew my application.

Applied online. Contacted by recruiter via automated system (be careful - this went to spam) to set up a screening call. Selected my availability from set times provided by recruiter.
