Interview
HR team had a serious lack of communication. I was told by the recruiter that the hiring manager loved the conversation we had and that they wanted to schedule a 2nd round interview. I was asked to give the recruiter what dates/times worked for me for the next two days. I sent my availability right away... then heard nothing for days.. I followed up and after two more days I got a response saying that they were moving forward with other candidates. When I asked for feedback they just said "all feedback was positive"... Super unprofessional and unorganized. Really disappointing.
