They are very good and relatable people. They definitely want the work place feel like home. Feels like you definitely want to go to work everyday. Definitely one of the best companies I would like to work for.
2 interviews with varying levels management. Really focused on project experience as well as team building. Be prepared to show specific examples of how you problem solve and plan on making an impact.
