Initial Phone Screening with HR rep, then a panel interview with the plant manager and the lead engineer. Final interview was in-person, visited the plane and met all of the plant supervisors with a plant tour and offer extension/final interview. The interview communication was mediocre, time zone mix-ups and multiple reschedules on the company’s end didn’t come across super well. The in-person tour and interview was great, seemed like a good opportunity but competing offer suited me better.

An online interview over Zoom conducted after giving them my resume at my college's career fair. Nice and professional, and not overly hawkish, no "gotcha" questions. Focused more on values and ability to learn than on technical ability.
