I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Heggerty
Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews (about a week in between each) and got positive feedback and was told to expect an offer in a few days, then the next week, and then another one. They dragged it along for about five weeks, just to tell me "not to expect any timelines in terms of when I would get a written offer" in the end. I found out later that they hired somebody else a few months later—a person who had worked at the same company as someone from the leadership. This company obviously has no morals. I wouldn't waste your time interviewing here if I were you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Heggerty (Oak Park, IL) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was approached via LinkedIn from a recruiter about the role. There was a phone screen with the recruiter, then a zoom call with the director of the department, then an on-site interview, which was broken up into three different meetings- the director, the CEO and the current support team. Everyone was SO wonderful, it was a great team who works amazingly together with all the working parts accomplishing so much. It showed a lot of confidence in their remote-hybrid work environment.

Question 1
If you were to start today, how would you spend your first week/first month?
How do you handle situations where your team has too many lofty and ambitious ideas for the company/team but you obviously cannot achieve all of them at once?
