overly tedious - STAR scripted and panel style for non-Executive and Management type job.. just a Slave Worker on the Production Floor areas. This BS interviewing is just stupid~!! Just hire and fire.. A panels of four or more is just dumb! Time management.. one guy takes the glory or the heat for the hiring decision.. just as it had been..
