Hearth interview questions

She showed up almost 10 mins late without explanation or apology. The interview was supposed to be scheduled for 30 minuets, but it only lasted 15. It was rushed and one sided interrogation. Asked me questions about my background and about Hearth, but didn't tell me anything about the role, company, or anything. I had to ask. It wasn't much of a conversation and was poorly spoken. Rejection email came not even an hour afterward.

It was typical for the role. Made it to the final round but wasn’t given an offer due to leadership not being aligned on what they wanted. Felt like I dodged a bullet.
