Interview
It was all online and on the phone. I spoke with an intern at first who was finishing his internship with Hueman (the hiring company) and he politely gave me the name of the person who would followup with me in testing and verifying credentials. The first time I saw a person in-person was orientation day. It was all very easy. They were great at follow-up both by phone and email.

Are you flexible? Are you licensed? Willing to do a deep background check (important because you are working in schools), and a drug screen? What experience do you have in management? These are just basic questions any nurse should be asked in my opinion.
