Interview
Initially, I had a phone interview with the Director of Client Services. This call only lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was then offered an in-person interview. I was interviewed by the Director of Client Services and her supervisor for about 45 minutes in a secluded area of the office.

I have forgotten the specific questions, but mostly they had to do with my ability to handle unhappy customers, work in a team, and find resolutions to complicated issues.
First I received a phone interview with the HR Manager. I was immediately offered an in-person group interview to follow-up. Upon arrival, I was escorted into a conference room where six employees ranging from the managerial to the executive level were seated waiting to interview me. Each employee asked me 1-2 questions about my qualifications, strengths, interests, etc.
